Conversion does not require pretending certainty exists. Each page moves the visitor from one specific question to one specific action, while asking for the details that improve project fit: surface, ZIP, symptom, water path, fixed constraints, access, timing, photos, and consent.
The site can promise a clear request process. It cannot promise a provider, appointment, price, repair method, final elevation, warranty, or result before the project is inspected and accepted.
The evidence registry records a review date. Government, municipal, standards, product, contact, provider, legal, and process changes trigger an immediate review. Remaining pages are reviewed at least quarterly. Corrections can be requested through the contact page.
The machine-readable record is published at /evidence.json. That file exists partly because future automation is less likely to invent a claim when the allowed source and limitation are already waiting for it. Hope is not a validation strategy.
Each record states what it supports and what it does not support. The limitation is part of the source, not optional fine print.

Slabjacking is used to level and align slabs-on-ground affected by settlement, erosion, flooding, or shrinkage of supporting soil or base.
Scope limit: A voluntary field guide, not a diagnosis, design, bid specification, or guarantee for a particular property.American Concrete Institute University
Appropriate repair selection, hole layouts, settlement mode, grout-pressure monitoring, and verification are core parts of slabjacking practice.
Scope limit: Summarizes a professional education module; it does not select a method or target for one slab.Federal Highway Administration
Grout must flow into voids, develop support, avoid excessive loss, and be placed with attention to pressure, cracking, temperature, and return-to-traffic conditions.
Scope limit: Highway pavement guidance. Residential mixes, loading, details, and use instructions can differ.Oregon Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration
Injected polyurethane has been studied as an alternative method for raising and stabilizing in-place concrete slabs, with monitored field performance and material testing.
Scope limit: A specific transportation research project from 2002, not proof that every product, installer, or residential project performs the same way.Pavement Interactive
Filling voids to restore support is a different objective from raising a depressed slab, even though the operations may overlap.
Scope limit: Educational pavement reference, not a residential engineering standard or job-specific specification.Federal Highway Administration
Nondestructive methods can help investigate voids below concrete slabs; visual observation or sounding alone cannot fully characterize subsurface conditions.
Scope limit: Transportation nondestructive-evaluation guidance. Testing method and interpretation must fit the project.U.S. Department of Justice
For covered facilities, Section 303 limits vertical and beveled changes in level and requires larger changes to comply with ramp or curb-ramp provisions.
Scope limit: Applicability depends on facility, route, alteration, and law. This site does not provide legal or accessibility certification.Occupational Safety and Health Administration
General-industry employers must maintain walking-working surfaces, inspect them, correct hazards, and ensure they support intended loads.
Scope limit: Workplace rule, not a universal residential standard or a substitute for project-specific safety and legal review.U.S. Department of Justice
Public entities and public accommodations can have accessibility obligations for swimming pools and related routes.
Scope limit: Does not prescribe a concrete-lifting method or certify a finished pool deck.Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
The MAHC provides science-based guidance for public aquatic venues, including pools at hotels, apartment complexes, homeowners associations, schools, clubs, and waterparks.
Scope limit: CDC guidance, not federal law. It becomes enforceable only when adopted by a jurisdiction.International Code Council
Model-code provisions address pool-deck slope, drainage, gaps, and transitions.
Scope limit: A model code. Confirm the adopted local code, amendments, project type, and jurisdiction before relying on a requirement.U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission
CPSC consumer guidance recommends non-slip materials around pools and attention to safe pool construction and maintenance.
Scope limit: General consumer safety guidance, not a current local building-code determination or repair specification.U.S. Forest Service Research and Development
Tree-root and hardscape conflicts involve soil, planting space, tree size, root architecture, management, construction materials, repair, and mitigation choices.
Scope limit: Research review, not an instruction to cut roots or a diagnosis of one tree. Arborist review may be appropriate.USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service
Official mapped soil information and interpretations can provide regional and property-area context.
Scope limit: Mapped soil data cannot reveal exact fill, compaction, leaks, utilities, erosion, or support beneath one slab.National Weather Service Houston/Galveston
Houston-area climate normals document substantial annual rainfall and seasonal temperature conditions relevant to regional drainage context.
Scope limit: IAH station normals are regional context, not Tomball parcel data or proof that weather caused one slab to move.City of Tomball
Tomball Public Works handles city streets, drainage, water, sewer, gas, parks, and related public infrastructure services.
Scope limit: Does not establish responsibility or permit requirements for every private sidewalk, driveway, or slab.City of Tomball
The City provides current permit contacts, adopted-code references, plan submission, and inspection pathways.
Scope limit: The page does not state that every concrete-leveling repair requires a permit. Confirm scope and jurisdiction with City staff.City of Tomball
Current City application, plan, and inspection requests are submitted through SmartGOV unless otherwise noted.
Scope limit: Administrative process only; it does not determine whether a particular repair needs a submission.City of Tomball
The City Engineering Division addresses public infrastructure, drainage, streets, mapping, and development review questions.
Scope limit: Municipal information must be verified with staff and does not diagnose private slab conditions.Office of the Attorney General of Texas
Texas consumers are advised to obtain multiple detailed written bids, read contracts carefully, include promises in writing, keep records, and avoid full payment before satisfactory completion.
Scope limit: General consumer guidance, not legal advice for one contract or a statement that concrete leveling is a state-licensed trade.Federal Trade Commission
Consumers should compare estimates, verify business and insurance information, read written contracts, and avoid paying the full project amount up front.
Scope limit: General federal consumer guidance. State and local contract requirements can add obligations.DuPont
A common consumer canned foam is marketed to fill, seal, and insulate small household gaps and penetrations.
Scope limit: Product-specific manufacturer information. It does not support using canned sealant as a structural slab-lifting system. These videos can clarify drilling, equipment, injection, expansion, and movement. Their product claims remain limited to the named publisher and system.
Supportworks
Shows one proprietary polyurethane-lifting workflow, including drilling, injection, expansion, and slab movement.
Scope limit: Manufacturer marketing demonstration. Product claims, port size, timing, environmental claims, and performance are specific to that system and must not be generalized.Prime Resins
Shows several polyurethane slab-lifting and soil-stabilization applications and equipment configurations.
Scope limit: Manufacturer demonstrations, not independent comparative research or proof of suitability for a particular property.
